Minimum order value: €30.00

Shipping within Germany

Whenever possible, we ship at a low cost using DHL Kleinpaket: €3.95

• Maximum dimensions: 35.3 cm × 25 cm × 5 cm, up to 1 kg 

Shipping costs per parcel:

• up to 1 kg: €6.00 
• up to 3 kg: €7.00 
• up to 5 kg: €7.50 
• up to 10 kg: €9.50 
• up to 20 kg: €15.00 

Shipping outside Germany

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual costs incurred.

These costs include postage, packaging and insurance.

Standard shipping: delivery of parcels up to 20 kg.

Shipping costs are subject to statutory VAT.

We ship with DHL.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, goods shipped by standard delivery are delivered:

• within Germany: 1–2 business days 
• for international deliveries: 2–3 business days 

Delivery times are calculated from receipt of payment. In the case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction has been made.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

For collection from our premises, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and provide details of the collection options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Payment Terms

For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available:

• Cash payment upon collection 
• Advance payment by bank transfer 
• Payment by direct debit 
• Cash on delivery 
• Payment by invoice 

For deliveries outside Germany, the following payment methods are available:

• Cash payment upon collection 
• Advance payment by bank transfer 

Further Payment Details

We reserve the right, in individual cases, to make delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer.
